Having just spent a rather lengthy phone call with one of your level III technicians in regards to a three week old open ticket on our MPLS, I must ask this question of you:

What part of "20mb Corporate Telstra fibre connection consistently being outperformed by 3mb residential TPG ADSL connection in same location" translates to "Cannot resolve google.com"?
